This is the second graphic novel set in the rich and magical world of Mekterra by Cape Town–based illustrator Daniël Hugo. Seen from a new perspective, the story follows a curious little black cat as it wanders through the wondrous city of Camissa, exploring its empty and forgotten corners and encountering mystical companions along the way—encouraging the viewer to consider new perspectives of this world and our own.
The graphic novel is completely wordless and set within a parallel South African universe.
